Truss screeds ZP90
Used to extract slurry, RAM and smooth the concrete floor, is new type equipment for building bridge, highway, workshop and square.
Characteristic function
1\For single joint, adopts super strength connection, can adjust 5-10 arch.
2\Decelerated traction winch with labor saving and convenient characteristics.
3\For main shaft bearing, selects Japanese NSK super anti-vibration external spherical self-aligning bearing to make sure the whole machine's property.
4\The smoother base plate can be assembled and dismantled freely to suit for working surface with different width and can be transported conveniently.
5\The run-out tolerance of main shaft should less than 0.03mm, which has been strictly beat treated with high manufacturing precision and high mechanical strength.
5. Solid and high-strong steel frame and wholly galvanized steel scraper board will not be deformed and has a longer working life.
6. Two-speed hand winch or hydraulic winch controls the walking of the whole machine. The operator can easily control the walking speed of the machine.
